Keith Parkes : Why the dreadful music
Jerez Electronics : I have a FS728TP and i have this software, im stuck where i need to change IPV4 to a 192.168.0.x , then not sure..... I connect all the computers tot he 24 Port switch and cant get anything like what you showed in the begining of the video... I can only see the adapter.
mr. m : Thanks for this video. I am more used to cisco/brocade CLI that these GUIs are overly confusing to me.
Jason Tian : after i added Vlan, the port I asigned with vlan got no internet :(
Ewen Chan : On the page where you explain that there are three modes for each VLAN option (blank, tagged, or untagged), in the tagged mode, you state that it's used for:

"tags all traffic as part of the vland should be used for trunks or devices with vlan support."

Stupid question - what are trunks?

I'm new to this, so I am in the learning process/learning mode.

Thank you.
bloepje : It's actually easier to configure these switches using telnet. You just have to enable telnet. And it listens on port 60000.
Especially if you are doing acl's.
The web interface (wants to run java applets) or the smart control center are not really nice.
But the GS724Tv4 is the only switch I recommend. No fans, rock solid, stable telnet access, very low power usage, very cheap.

A smart switch might not seem like the kind of thing you need at home... Or is it?

Gallo Maces : I'm doing a car dealer and all 24 ports are filled up. How easy would it be to add a second switch?
J-Hawks : I still own this switch 2019, it still works.. i paid $49 for it lol
Seven Seas : The only video on your channel that has no clickbait thumbnail (may be because old video before you add clickbait to you recent videos).
Jhastin D. Genetiano : I just accidentally watch this
Alpa Chino : How do you get into the management side?
Shaiban Natha : Is it a managed switch?
Dan Lewis : You mention in the video that you got switch for project to aggregate ports for a home server. I cannot find that video so can you provide link or video name to search?
Ayush Khurana : I have a Netgear Prosafe JGS516.. 16 port switch..
does anyone know a way to Factory reset it...?

No idea about it's last config..... :(
M Kaelani : 2019?
